I O I O, it's off to the insane asylum I go!!!

so long time no post...but I will catch everyone up and prayfully post pictures soon..Got some cute ones of the kiddies. I had to leave work early on friday to take both yes both babies to MD. Rylie had bilateral ear infections and I took her not only bc she was sick but I wanted them to do a refferal for ENT. She has had so many ear infections, and she will take antibiotic and then have 1-2 good weeks and then back to the same oh stuff again. Well I then found out my insurance do not require referal...alrightly then...Another antibiotic later and Rylie is back on top it seems right now...
Poor lil Beck has been congested for about 6-8 weeks he is actually sleeping in his swing during all this time. He can't sleep lying flat due to the congestion..poor poor lil thing.. He has cut both his bottom middle teeth which the MD seems to think that was it in the beginning. Well he didn't get better started wheezing with a cough. She did amoxil for 10 days absoulty no changes in his symptoms and then friday am woke up and I could have fried an egg of his forehead. I took temp it was 103.4 and then battery went dead on thermometer...so God only knows. He was lethargic wouldn't even smile except for Paw( my dad) who went with me to help with the kids at the doctors..Praise God for grandparents..Well Beck got Omnicef this time, mucinex and she ordered benadryl at night...so for the first time he sleep ALMOST all night lying flat...we are so happy that he seems to be improving, but last pm and this am he did want to take his bottle and was pulling again at right ear. So I pray that he will continue to improve. He took his bottle without any problems tonight.
Beckham is just rolling around everywhere. He loves his jumping thing. His sister pushes him in it and it is so cute. He LOVES,LOVES his big sissy, and thank God the feeling is mutual. She still has her moments occasionally but that is to be expected. It was really hard splitting mommy with two sick babies this past weekend. We didn't even make it to church which always we hate. He has really found a few new octoves of his voice. He is saying "mama" now ..which is awesome...nothing sweeter...I think the ONLY reason he says it, is bc that is all that Rylie ever says and he idolizes her and watches her every move. I am enjoying RYlie being a mommy's girl bc I know the tide is changing...
Robbie and I are good. I am going to brag on my man right now and he would be mad because he is so private unlike me;) Robbie got his review and got a raise. He was ranked number 2 man out of 93. AWESOME..I am so proud. For any company to be doing raises right now is amazing.
I have a women's seminar to go to this weekend..and I am SOOO excited about it. Robbie will be alone with kiddies...Ellen will be with me as well..no help from his mom..will he survive??? Time will tell;) They asked me to be a part of their presentation of "cardboard testimonies" I am thrilled. For those of you who don't know what that is..flip back in my blog and check out our churches version. AMAZING how God is working in people's lives...
Pray for my dad he is out of work still with an injury and he is miserable...I pray that he just comes off road for good...but he thinks that the world will stop turning and all mankind will perish...He is just a work horse.
I gotta go get some sleep now..
I wanted to invite anyone and everyone to Beckham's baby dedication at our church on mother's day at 10:30 service. I know mother's day is a hard day, but we dedicated Rylie on that day 2 years ago..man how time flies by. It was the happiest day in my life to be a "Mommy" that is a role I do not take lightly. I remember how hard mother's day was for me at church they always asked for all the mothers to stand and I so despiratly longed to be a mother and praise GOD for the blessing of adoption. I am a mother, a proud mother by the love of GOD. I ask you guys to pray for all the ladies that are suffering on the inside longing to be mothers and pray for God to give them that peace that they long for. Pray for men for father's day as well. It is a painful road to travel.
Take care and I pray that everyone is doing good!!!
God Bless!

Thanks Sheryl for sending this I had to post it!!

> Stunning Testimony
>
> A man from Norfolk , VA called a local radio station to
> share this on Sept 11th, 2003, TWO YEARS AFTER THE TRAGEDIES
> OF 9/11/2001.
> His name was Robert Matthews. These are his words:
> A few weeks before Sept. 11th, my wife and I found out we
> were going to have our first child. She planned a trip out
> to California to visit her sister. On our way to the
> airport, we prayed that God would grant my wife a safe trip
> and be with her. Shortly after I said 'amen,' we
> both heard a loud pop and the car shook violently. We had
> blown out a tire. I replaced the tire as quickly as I could,
> but we still missed her flight.both very upset, we drove
> home.I received a call from my fathe r who was retired NYFD.
> He asked what my wife's flight number was, but I
> explained that we missed the flight. My father informed me
> that her flight was the one that crashed into The southern
> tower I was too shocked to speak. My father also had more
> news for me; he was going to help. 'This is not
> something I can't just sit by for; I have to do
> something.'
> I was concerned for his safety, of course, but more because
> he had never given his life to Christ. After a brief debate,
> I knew his mind was made up. Before he got off of the phone,
> he said, 'take good care of my Grandchild. Those were the
> last word s I ever heard my father say; he died while
> helping in the rescue effort.
> My joy that my prayer of safety for my wife had been
> answered quickly became anger. I was angry at God, at my
> father, and at myself. I had gone for nearly two years
> blaming God for taking my father away. My son would never
> know his grandfather, my father had never accepted Christ,
> and I never got to say good-bye.
> Then something happened. About two months ago, I was
> sitting at home with my wife and my son, when there was a
> knock on the door. I looked at my wife, but I could tell she
> wasn't expecting anyone. I opened the door to a couple
> with a small child. The man looked at me and asked if my
> father's name was Jake Matthews. I told him it was. He
> quickly grabbed my hand and said, 'I never got the
> chance to meet your father, but it is an honor to meet his
> son.'
> He explained to me that his wife had worked in the World
> Trade Center and had been caught inside after the attack.
> She was pregnant and had been caught under debris He then
> explained that my father had been the one to find his wife
> and free her. My eyes welled up with tears as I thought of
> my father giving his life for people like this. He then
> said, 'there is something else you need to know.'
>
>
> His wife then told me that as my father worked to free her,
> she talked to him and led him to Christ. I began sobbing at
> the news. Now I know that when I get to Heaven, my father
> will be standing besideJesus to welcome me, and that this
> family would be able to thank him themselves
> When their baby boy was born, they named him Jacob Matthew,
> in honor of the man who gave his life so that a mother and
> baby could live.
> This story should help us to realize this: God is always in
> control. We may not see the reason behind things, and we
> may never know this side of heaven, but God is ALWAYS in
> control.
> Please take time to share this amazing story. You may
> never know the impact it may have on someone. God
> doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.
> Give thanks to the Lord for He is good. His love endures
> Forever. Psalm 136:1
>
> GOD IS GOOD, ALL THE TIME

Can you relate?

wow 5 months old..can you believe it!!!

Beckham loves his sissy!
Such a big boy

Lots of kleenex getting used at the Beddingfield's

What at busy week We had "hooked up" even all at the end of last week and into weekend. See last blog for details on that. Rylie and Beckham have both been sick. I had to take both of them on monday and missed half a day of work. Rylie was pitiful. She felt so bad. She has never had a UTI but her symptoms were so like a UTI but urine was negative. We still don't know what is going on with that. They want us to bring her back in two weeks if symptoms still there we will got to urologist. When I took her there they said "glad you brought her in her right ear drum was about to rupture there is so much infection in that ear"...yeah mom...but to my defense my otoscope battery is dead and I have to special order it. She was horrible on monday today is some better. No fever or anything.
Beckham has been so congested and unable to sleep at night. They told me it was just a cold and nothing we can do except saline and humidifier. He is pitiful today. It seems to be getting worse. He has a low grade temp, but is cutting his two front lower teeth. You can see them trying to pop through but not yet. Robbie has felt a little under weather yesterday and today...So pray for the Beddingfield resident. Poor Beck he fell sleep in his jumpy thing. He hasn't sleep good and he took a cat nap in there...Poor thing!

Beckham's and Lilly's 1st egg hunt!

**You can scroll over each picture for details. There is one picture that Beck has his hand on Lilly's back like "how you doing...Babe?" too cute!!!

This is a slide show of some pictures from Beckham's and Lilly's first easter egg hunt at our church Chestnut Mountain in Flowery Branch. They hid over 10,000 eggs INSIDE due to the rain. The kids were so cute in their little bunny outfit and Lilly was a lil' princess. It was great getting to share Lilly and Beckham's first easter egg hunt together with such great friends. Man Brad "tater" even introduced me to one of his neighbors and made me feel real old and said " we have known each other for over 20 years." MAN that makes me feel old as dirt...JK...Tater you know I love you and your friendship,....and so glad that we get to have our lil ones grow up together.
They did easter bunny pictures also. Lilly and Beck didn't seem to mind the Easter bunny. Rylie however was not happy with him so needless to say our entire family got our picture with the easter bunny...yeah us!!! Man I tell you I would LOVE that fuzzy thing if he bought me ALL that stuff each year. In the pictures there is a couple of pics where Rylie is in Beckham's basket and he is looking at her like hey get out of there and then right then he reaches over and grabs her arm...PRICELESS!!! Just a glimpse of what is to come....right...
The pictures at the end are of our church event called "hooked UP" man it was AWESOME. I don't remember the exact number but so many people dedicated their lives to Christ and many were young teenagers. Ken Freeman was the BOMB....if you are listening say "I AM" ...He was such a great speaker and motivator...He has such a testimony it is amazing how he lived through it...but God had some wonderful plans for him that is for sure! We had such a great turn out each night...if you are not "hooked up" with a church ..please try us...get in SOMEWHERE so you can be loved on in this time...the world is so bad right now and everyone is so scared, alone, and wandering...get to a place to feel unconditional love and peace...We are planning a kick boody easter service so if anyone wants to come we can meet you anytime!!
